Rhys James shared his thoughts on the game saying,

“We've grown a lot over the last 6 months and we believe we can go toe to toe with anyone in the league.

“I think this season Briton Ferry have gone above all odds to be where they are and we'll keep fighting for the final 3 games to stay there.”

The match will pit the Reds and Wrexham together a week from their 2-2 draw at The Renewable Centre Stadium last week.  Meg Kearle scored from the spot to give the Reds the lead after 13 minutes.  Wrexham then scored two in two minutes to lead at half time.  Abbie Iddenden levelling before Ava Suckley put the visitors ahead.  Nine minutes into the second half and Ferry levelled thanks to a second from Meg Kearle.

The match will have a huge impact on who will finish second this season as Wrexham look to leapfrog the Reds to second place.  The Reds are currently four points ahead of Wrexham with three games to play.  Rhys James side still have a chance of toppling Cardiff City at the top of the table but would need to win all three remaining games and hoping Cardiff do not pick up any points.

In such a big game Reds manager Rhys James expressed the need to be prepared,

“We've got to be prepared out of possession but also be clever when we have it, we shown we can do that at places like TNS.

“We know this is going to be a very difficult game for us being on the Racecourse and with the backing of their fans.

“We have to ignore the noise and play our game, go out and perform the same way we have all season.

“The girls know the job that needs to be done to get the result we want, it's about keeping the nerve, composure and personality on the day.

“This is a much bigger pitch so we know they'll likely want to keep and move the ball better than they did Sunday.

“I believe the team can go there and win the game like I do every week.”
