This weekend the Reds switch to cup action as they face Swansea Uni in the group stage of the Adran Trophy.
After a big opening day Adran South win over Pontardawe Rhys James' side will head into the game confident of getting a win. Alison Witts picking up an amazing five goals and three assists on her Ferry debut.
The match will be played at Swansea City Ladies home ground LLandarcy Academy of Sport with a 14:00 kick off.
In Last years Adran Trophy Ferry made into the last 16 losing to runners up Cardiff City. The reds lost to the Bluebirds 3-1 with Lowri Barker getting the Reds only goal.
The sides met four times last season with the Reds coming out on top in all four. Despite winning three of the games comfortably Swans made it difficult when the side met in January. Angelika Barris giving Swansea a 1-0 lead at half time. The Reds fought back in the second half and goals from Megan Kearle and Lucy Powell give the Reds a vital win.
After good runs in both the Adran Trophy and FAW Welsh Women's Cup (The Reds losing in last years Final) last season manager Rhys James is eyeing up more cup runs this season.
"We would love to go on a run again, the squad is bigger, more competitive and more experienced this season so we always aim high.
"We want to win everything we are involved in, as should every side.
"We don't take any game lightly because anything can happen in the cup, there were a few upsets last season and I'm sure there will be more this year."
Momentum is always key in football and after their good opening league win James is looking for his side to continue in this Adran Trophy game.
"It was a good all-round performance from us last week and it's exactly how we wanted to start our season.
"We know after competing in this league for 2 seasons, that momentum is important and we'll be looking to carry it through to Sunday.
"If we can maintain standards, I'm confident in our ability against anyone."
